This Refund & Return Policy explains when purchases made through RagnaRock Inc. may be refunded or returned. Different rules apply to event tickets, in-person items, RagnaRock merchandise, and merchandise sold by artists through external websites.

1. Ticket Refund Policy

Tickets are eligible for a refund when the request is submitted within 48 hours after purchase and at least 24 hours before the event’s scheduled start time. If RagnaRock cancels an event, RagnaRock will automatically initiate a full refund to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders may keep their tickets for the new date or request a full refund. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the event identified at purchase. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider. This policy does not limit any refund rights provided by law.

2. In-Person Items

In-person items purchased through RagnaRock are eligible for a refund when the request is submitted within 48 hours after purchase and the item has not been redeemed.

Once an in-person item has been redeemed, used, or exchanged for the associated product or service, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. RagnaRock Merchandise

Merchandise sold directly by RagnaRock may be returned within 30 days after purchase when it has not been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged and remains in its original condition.

Proof of purchase may be required. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged when received, or incorrect.

4. Artist Merchandise Sold Through External Websites

Some artist merchandise displayed by RagnaRock links to websites operated by the artist or another independent seller. Those purchases are not sold, processed, shipped, or fulfilled by RagnaRock.

Artist merchandise purchased through an external website is not refundable or exchangeable through RagnaRock. Refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping questions, and order disputes must be handled directly with the artist or external seller under that seller’s own policies.

5. Requesting a Refund or Return

To request an eligible refund or return, contact support@ragnarock.app and include the purchaser’s name, account email, order information, and the reason for the request.

RagnaRock may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate the purchase, confirm eligibility, or prevent fraud.
