RagnaRock users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting support from the email address associated with their account.
Please include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line of your email.
To help us verify account ownership and protect user data, deletion requests must be submitted from the email address currently associated with the account.
Upon verification, RagnaRock will process the deletion request and remove or anonymize personal information associated with the account.
Certain information may be retained where required for:
- Legal compliance
- Tax and financial recordkeeping
- Fraud prevention and security investigations
- Dispute resolution
- Protection of platform integrity
