Community Guidelines – RagnaRock Inc.

Effective Date: July 29, 2026
Last Updated: July 29, 2026

These Community Guidelines govern posts, comments, replies, livestream chat, profiles, reports, and other user interactions available through RagnaRock Inc. (“RagnaRock,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using RagnaRock’s social or interactive features, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, the End User License Agreement, and all applicable laws.

RagnaRock maintains a low-tolerance enforcement policy. The standard penalty for a first confirmed offense is a seven-day communication mute. A second confirmed offense results in a permanent account ban. Serious violations may result in an immediate permanent ban without a prior warning or mute.

1. Who May Post and Comment

Performer Posts

Only approved performer accounts may create posts in the RagnaRock social feed.

Performer accounts are responsible for ensuring that their posts, images, videos, links, promotions, and other submitted materials comply with these Guidelines.

Comments, Replies, and Livestream Chat

Any user with an active RagnaRock account may comment on performer posts, reply to comments, and participate in livestream chat unless that user has been muted, suspended, or banned.

Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or bypass platform restrictions to create unauthorized posts is a violation of these Guidelines.

2. Harassment, Bullying, and Targeted Abuse

Users may not engage in harassment or targeted abuse, including:

  • Repeatedly insulting, mocking, intimidating, or humiliating another person.
  • Directing abusive comments toward a performer, user, employee, sponsor, or event participant.
  • Encouraging others to target, contact, report, or harass a person or group.
  • Following a user between posts or streams to continue unwanted interactions.
  • Making degrading comments about a person’s appearance, disability, identity, personal history, or circumstances.
  • Using sexual harassment, unwanted sexual remarks, or explicit comments directed at another person.
  • Celebrating, encouraging, or wishing death, injury, illness, or personal tragedy upon another person.

A user does not need to use profanity for conduct to qualify as harassment.

3. Hate Speech and Discriminatory Abuse

RagnaRock prohibits content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, excludes, or promotes hatred against a person or group based on protected or personal characteristics.

This includes attacks based on:

  • Race, ethnicity, nationality, or national origin.
  • Religion or religious affiliation.
  • Sex, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
  • Disability, medical condition, or perceived disability.
  • Age, veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.

Slurs, coded slurs, dehumanizing comparisons, calls for exclusion, discriminatory threats, and praise for hate-based violence are prohibited.

4. Threats, Violence, and Dangerous Conduct

Users may not post, comment, or transmit:

  • Credible or implied threats of violence.
  • Threats against performers, users, staff, sponsors, venues, or events.
  • Instructions or encouragement to harm another person.
  • Content celebrating real-world violence or serious injury.
  • Attempts to organize violent activity or confrontations.
  • False claims about weapons, bombs, attacks, emergencies, or threats at an event.
  • Content intended to create panic or interfere with event safety.
Threats involving an event, venue, performer, attendee, employee, or member of the public may result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement when appropriate.

5. Sexual Content and Exploitation

Users may not submit:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
  • Unwanted sexual comments directed at another person.
  • Sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor.
  • Requests for sexual images or sexual contact with a minor.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or threats to distribute such imagery.
  • Content promoting sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.

Sexual exploitation involving minors will result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Profanity Filter and Filter Evasion

RagnaRock uses automated profanity filtering and other moderation tools to block, replace, hide, or flag certain words and phrases.

Users may not intentionally attempt to bypass the profanity filter or any other moderation control.

Prohibited bypass methods include:

  • Adding spaces, punctuation, numbers, or symbols between letters.
  • Using deliberate misspellings or alternate spellings.
  • Replacing letters with visually similar characters or Unicode symbols.
  • Posting prohibited words through images, usernames, links, or encoded text.
  • Repeatedly testing blocked words to determine how the filter operates.
  • Rephrasing prohibited insults or slurs to avoid automatic detection.
Deliberately bypassing the profanity filter is considered intentional moderation evasion and is a bannable offense. RagnaRock may permanently ban an account for filter evasion, particularly when it is used to post harassment, threats, hate speech, slurs, or sexual content.

A word passing through the automated filter does not mean that its use complies with these Guidelines. Context and intent still apply.

7. Privacy, Doxxing, and Personal Information

Users may not share or request another person’s private information, including:

  • Home addresses or precise private locations.
  • Private telephone numbers or email addresses.
  • Passwords, login credentials, or authentication information.
  • Financial, payment, banking, or identity-document information.
  • Private medical, employment, school, or family information.
  • Information intended to help others locate, threaten, or harass someone.

Threatening to publish private information is prohibited even when the information has not yet been posted.

8. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Users may not:

  • Impersonate a performer, employee, moderator, sponsor, venue, business, or other user.
  • Falsely claim to represent RagnaRock or an event partner.
  • Create a misleading account intended to deceive users.
  • Use another person’s name, image, branding, or identity to commit fraud or harassment.
  • Misrepresent account ownership, ticket ownership, or performer approval.

Parody or commentary must not be presented in a manner likely to deceive users about the account’s identity or affiliation.

9. Spam, Scams, Fraud, and Manipulation

Users may not engage in:

  • Repeated or irrelevant promotional comments.
  • Mass-posted comments, replies, links, or messages.
  • Fake giveaways, fraudulent promotions, or deceptive offers.
  • Phishing, credential theft, malicious links, or malware distribution.
  • Ticket scams, payment fraud, stolen payment activity, or false refund claims.
  • Artificial engagement, automated reactions, bot activity, or coordinated manipulation.
  • Buying, selling, or transferring RagnaRock accounts.
  • Manipulating comments, reactions, reports, queues, tickets, or platform metrics.

10. Report Abuse and False Reports

RagnaRock encourages users to report content that genuinely violates these Guidelines.

Users may not:

  • Submit knowingly false or misleading reports.
  • Coordinate mass reports against a user or performer.
  • Use reports to retaliate against someone after a disagreement.
  • Repeatedly report content solely because they dislike an opinion.
  • Attempt to manipulate moderation decisions through fabricated evidence.

Abuse of the reporting system is itself a violation and may result in a mute or permanent account ban.

11. Illegal Activity and Restricted Conduct

Users may not use RagnaRock to promote, coordinate, or facilitate:

  • Fraud, theft, hacking, unauthorized access, or identity theft.
  • Sale or distribution of illegal goods, controlled substances, or stolen property.
  • Human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.
  • Terrorism, violent extremism, or organized violent activity.
  • Malware, spyware, credential theft, or destructive software.
  • Copyright infringement, piracy, or unauthorized distribution of protected content.
  • Any activity prohibited by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Content

Users may not:

  • Post content they do not have permission to use.
  • Upload or distribute pirated music, video, software, or other protected material.
  • Record, rebroadcast, redistribute, or sell access to a RagnaRock stream without authorization.
  • Copy or misuse performer content, trademarks, logos, or promotional materials.
  • Use RagnaRock content or technology to create unauthorized commercial products or services.

13. Self-Harm and Dangerous Challenges

Users may not:

  • Encourage another person to harm or kill themselves.
  • Mock or harass someone experiencing a crisis.
  • Promote dangerous challenges likely to cause serious injury.
  • Provide instructions intended to facilitate self-harm.

Supportive discussion and recovery-focused conversation may be allowed when it does not encourage or provide instructions for harmful conduct.

14. Enforcement Policy

Enforcement decisions may consider the content, context, severity, intent, account history, safety risk, and available evidence.

First Confirmed Offense: Seven-Day Communication Mute

The user will lose the ability to create comments, replies, and livestream chat messages for seven days.

The mute applies across RagnaRock’s social and livestream communication features. An offense committed in one area counts toward the same account-wide enforcement history.

Second Confirmed Offense: Permanent Account Ban

A second confirmed violation may result in permanent termination of the user’s RagnaRock account and loss of access to account-based Services.

Removing a comment, deleting content, leaving a stream, or closing an account does not erase the associated moderation record or offense.

Immediate Permanent Bans

RagnaRock may permanently ban an account after a first offense when the conduct is severe, intentional, unlawful, or creates a substantial safety risk.

Immediate-ban conduct may include:

  • Credible threats of violence.
  • Threats against an event, venue, performer, employee, or attendee.
  • Hate speech, slurs, or calls for discriminatory violence.
  • Doxxing or threats to publish private information.
  • Sexual exploitation or content involving minors.
  • Fraud, phishing, malware, hacking, or stolen payment activity.
  • Deliberate profanity-filter or moderation-system evasion.
  • Ban evasion or creation of replacement accounts after enforcement.
  • Impersonation used to commit fraud, harassment, or reputational harm.
  • Conduct that may expose RagnaRock, its users, performers, staff, or events to serious harm.

RagnaRock may also hide or remove content, preserve evidence, restrict specific features, suspend an account during an investigation, or notify law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

15. Ban Evasion

Users may not create or use another account, email address, device, session, or identity to avoid a mute, suspension, ban, or other restriction.

Accounts reasonably determined to be associated with ban evasion may be permanently banned without an additional warning.

RagnaRock may use account information, email addresses, session data, device information, and secured IP-derived identifiers to detect repeated abuse or enforcement evasion.

16. Moderation Reviews and Appeals

Users may request one review of a moderation action by contacting support@ragnarock.app.

The request should include:

  • The username and email address associated with the account.
  • The approximate date of the moderation action.
  • A concise explanation of why the user believes the action was incorrect.
  • Any relevant information that was not available during the original review.

Enforcement remains active while a review is pending. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that an action will be removed, reduced, or reversed.

Abusive, threatening, repetitive, or fraudulent appeal requests may be disregarded and may result in additional enforcement.

17. Changes to These Guidelines

RagnaRock may update these Community Guidelines as the Services, platform features, safety needs, or legal requirements change.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after updated Guidelines become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines to the extent permitted by law.
