End User License Agreement – RagnaRock Inc.

📄 End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: August 4, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and RagnaRock Inc. (“RagnaRock,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

RagnaRock Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content, including but not limited to graphics, code, interfaces, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to RagnaRock Inc. and protected under intellectual property laws. No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without express written permission.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features or usage limitations.
  • Use the Services in any unlawful or abusive manner.
  • Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Services.

4. User Accounts and Access

Each redeemed ticket allows access on one device only. RagnaRock Inc. reserves the right to delete or disable any account found to be:

  • Abusing or circumventing ticket access limits.
  • Sharing access credentials or using unauthorized devices.
  • Repeatedly violating community standards in the social features of the app.
  • Attempting to bypass, tamper with, or break any part of the app’s functionality or security.
  • Engaging in fraud, including stolen credit cards, chargebacks, or false refund claims.

5. Termination

RagnaRock Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of this Agreement. We also reserve the right to IP blacklist devices and accounts involved in abuse or misuse.

6. Legal Enforcement and Remedies

We reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal action against any individual or entity responsible for:

  • Willful misappropriation of content or features.
  • Theft or fraud related to in-app purchases.
  • Any action resulting in material loss to RagnaRock Inc.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” RagnaRock Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RagnaRock Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable international law.
