Effective Date: August 4, 2025
Last Updated: July 29, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and RagnaRock Inc. (“RagnaRock,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our mobile application, website, livestreams, social features, ticketing features, event services, and related products and services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By downloading, accessing, registering for, purchasing through, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Your use of the Services is also subject to the RagnaRock Community Guidelines and the RagnaRock Refund & Return Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement.
1. License Grant
RagnaRock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
This license is provided for personal use and, where applicable, authorized use by approved performer, organization, staff, or business accounts. No ownership interest in the Services is transferred to you.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Services and all associated software, code, designs, interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, audiovisual elements, platform features, and other materials provided by RagnaRock are owned by or licensed to RagnaRock and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, no part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, sold, licensed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from RagnaRock or the applicable rights holder.
3. Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create unauthorized derivative works from the Services.
- Circumvent, disable, tamper with, or interfere with security features, authentication systems, payment systems, access limits, ticket limits, device limits, or technical protections.
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Services unless expressly authorized by RagnaRock.
- Post, transmit, promote, or encourage harassment, threats, hate speech, targeted abuse, violence, unlawful discrimination, or other prohibited content.
- Share another person’s private, confidential, or identifying information without authorization.
- Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your identity, or access another person’s account without authorization.
- Send spam, malicious code, automated requests, fraudulent reports, or content intended to disrupt or manipulate the Services.
- Abuse reporting, moderation, refund, dispute, chargeback, voting, reaction, engagement, or promotional systems.
- Attempt to evade a warning, mute, suspension, ban, email restriction, device restriction, IP-derived restriction, or other enforcement action.
- Interfere with another user’s ability to access or enjoy the Services.
4. User Accounts, Tickets, and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account. You must promptly notify RagnaRock if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Event tickets are valid only for the event identified at purchase. Tickets are non-transferable unless RagnaRock expressly authorizes a transfer in writing or through an official platform feature.
One stream ticket authorizes one concurrent viewing session for the applicable event. Purchasing multiple stream tickets may authorize additional concurrent sessions, subject to the ticket quantity associated with the account and any applicable device or session rules.
Users may not:
- Share, sell, duplicate, transfer, or misuse account credentials or tickets.
- Attempt to exceed ticket, seating, device, session, redemption, or access limits.
- Redeem, scan, transfer, or use the same ticket more than permitted.
- Use stolen or unauthorized payment information.
- Submit fraudulent refund requests, payment disputes, or chargebacks.
- Use an account, email address, device, or session to evade enforcement.
5. User Content and Social Features
The Services may allow users to submit posts, comments, replies, messages, profile information, reactions, images, videos, or other content collectively referred to as “User Content.”
You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant RagnaRock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, moderate, and improve the Services.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your User Content and to grant this license.
RagnaRock may review, restrict, hide, remove, preserve, or restore User Content when reasonably necessary to enforce this Agreement, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or platform safety standards.
Removal of User Content from public display does not require RagnaRock to delete moderation, security, transaction, report, or enforcement records associated with that content or account.
6. Community Standards and Moderation
Users must comply with the RagnaRock Community Guidelines when using social features, livestream chat, comments, replies, messaging, profiles, and other interactive areas of the Services.
RagnaRock may investigate reports and take action based on the content, context, severity, frequency, credibility, and history of the conduct at issue.
Moderation actions may include:
- Warnings or account strikes
- Temporary or permanent removal of content
- Temporary or permanent restrictions on social commenting
- Temporary or permanent restrictions on livestream commenting
- Feature-specific restrictions
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Email, session, device, or secured IP-derived restrictions
RagnaRock may reverse, reduce, extend, or otherwise modify an enforcement action following additional review.
7. Service Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
RagnaRock may warn, restrict, mute, suspend, terminate, or deny access to an account, service, stream, event, social feature, purchase feature, or other part of the Services for any lawful reason.
Reasons may include:
- Safety concerns
- Fraud or suspected fraud
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse
- Unauthorized access or credential sharing
- Ticket, payment, refund, or chargeback abuse
- Ban evasion or repeated account creation following enforcement
- Abuse of reports, reactions, comments, or other platform features
- Violation of this Agreement or the Community Guidelines
- Conduct that may expose users, performers, staff, events, or RagnaRock to harm
Restrictions may be temporary or permanent and may apply to a specific feature or to the Services as a whole.
RagnaRock may use account identifiers, email addresses, login records, session information, device information, and secured IP-derived identifiers to investigate abuse and detect attempts to evade enforcement.
RagnaRock does not deny or restrict service on any basis prohibited by applicable law.
8. Orders and Cancellations
RagnaRock may reject or cancel an order and initiate a refund for lawful business, safety, fraud-prevention, inventory, payment-processing, technical, event-management, or policy-enforcement reasons.
A refund issued following an order cancellation does not restore access to an account, service, stream, event, ticket, or feature that has been suspended, restricted, or terminated.
RagnaRock may require reasonable information to verify an order, purchaser, payment, refund request, return request, or suspected fraudulent activity.
9. Refunds and Returns
Ticket purchases, in-person item purchases, RagnaRock merchandise, and artist merchandise offered through external websites are subject to the RagnaRock Refund & Return Policy.
The Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement limits refund, return, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. External Websites and Artist Merchandise
The Services may contain links to artist websites, merchandise stores, sponsors, payment providers, or other third-party services.
External websites and services are operated independently from RagnaRock. RagnaRock does not control their content, availability, security, shipping, fulfillment, refund, return, exchange, privacy, or customer-service practices.
Purchases completed through an external artist or third-party website are transactions between you and that external seller. Questions or disputes concerning those purchases must be directed to the applicable seller.
11. Legal Enforcement and Remedies
RagnaRock reserves the right to investigate and pursue available civil, criminal, contractual, or equitable remedies against individuals or entities responsible for unlawful or harmful conduct involving the Services.
This may include conduct involving:
- Fraud, theft, or unauthorized payment activity

- Willful circumvention of security or ticket-access controls
- Misappropriation of RagnaRock content, technology, or intellectual property
- Threats, harassment, abuse, or conduct causing material harm
- Actions resulting in material financial, operational, or reputational loss
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
RagnaRock disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, security, and non-infringement.
RagnaRock does not guarantee that livestreams, events, features, content, external links, or other Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays or technical limitations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RagnaRock and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Services.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to the Services or Agreement
RagnaRock may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace portions of the Services at any time.
We may also update this Agreement when the Services, our practices, or legal requirements change. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will identify the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Services after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws require otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, legal proceedings arising from this Agreement or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction located in Delaware. This provision does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
17. No Waiver
RagnaRock’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Refund & Return Policy, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature, purchase, event, or service, constitutes the agreement between you and RagnaRock concerning your use of the Services.
